Solitaire is an app that brings the classic Solitaire card game to Android.

Designed for those who want to challenge themselves, Solitaire is a single-player experience. In this card game, your goal is to sort the cards by suit and number, starting with the aces and ending with the kings, in the top left. After shuffling the cards, they are arranged on the board in a row of seven, the last card always face up and the rest face down. The remaining cards go to the deck, from which you have to reveal them one by one or in threes. To move the cards, the numbers will have to go in a descending pattern, and the colors must alternate.

Solitaire, also known as Patience, is a single-player card game that revolves around manipulating a standard 52-card deck to build foundations in ascending suit sequence, typically from Ace to King. The most common version is Klondike, where the game begins with seven tableau columns, each containing a varying number of cards. The first column has one card, the second has two, and so on, with only the top card of each column face up. The remaining cards form the stock pile.

The goal is to move all cards to the four foundation piles, one for each suit (hearts, diamonds, clubs, and spades). These foundations are built sequentially, starting with the Ace. Within the tableau, cards can be moved between columns if they are placed on a card of the opposite color and one rank higher. For example, a red Queen can be placed on a black King. Empty tableau columns can only be filled by a King. The stock pile is used to draw additional cards when no moves are available on the tableau. The rules for drawing from the stock vary depending on the specific solitaire variant. Some variants deal one card at a time, while others deal three. The game is won when all cards have been successfully moved to the foundation piles. Strategy involves carefully planning moves to expose hidden cards, create empty columns, and manage the stock pile effectively. Skillful players prioritize revealing face-down cards and building sequences within the tableau to maximize their options.
