The application is designed to be an incident manager. You can categorize, detect the zone automatically, you can typify as urgent or not and solve.

The incidents are sent to the server and the responsible parties are responsible for assigning said incidents and solving them. The software is capable of ordering, grouping and creating statistics of incidents that result in zones, who has resolved them and the traceability of them.

It also contains a section of surveys / exams which can be linked to users (login) or anonymous.
