Objective:

The objective of Landlord is to be the first player to get rid of all their cards.

Setup:

* 3-4 players

* Standard deck of 52 cards

* Each player is dealt 13 cards

Gameplay:

1. Bidding: The first player bids on the number of tricks they believe they can take. The bid can be any number from 0 to 13.

2. Landlord: The player with the highest bid becomes the landlord. The other players are the peasants.

3. Tricks: Players take turns playing cards. The player who plays the highest card of the suit that was led wins the trick.

4. Scoring: If the landlord takes the number of tricks they bid, they win 1 point for each trick. If the landlord fails to take the number of tricks they bid, they lose 1 point for each trick they missed. If a peasant takes the number of tricks they bid, they win 1 point for each trick. If a peasant fails to take the number of tricks they bid, they lose 1 point for each trick they missed.

5. Game End: The game ends when one player reaches a predetermined number of points (usually 10).

Special Cards:

* Jokers: Jokers are wild cards and can be used to represent any card.

* 2s: 2s are the highest cards in the game and can beat any other card.

Strategy:

* Bidding: When bidding, players should consider the strength of their hand and the likelihood of taking tricks.

* Card Play: Players should try to lead with their strongest cards and save their weakest cards for later.

* Trump Suit: The trump suit is the suit that was led by the first player in a trick. Trump cards can beat any other card of the same suit.

* Cooperation: Peasants can cooperate to try to prevent the landlord from taking tricks.
