Gameplay:

Le Parisien is a word-guessing game where players must decipher a 5-letter French word within a limited number of attempts. The game provides feedback on each guess, indicating which letters are correct and in the correct position, which letters are correct but in the wrong position, and which letters are not present in the word.

Objective:

The objective of the game is to guess the hidden word within the allotted number of attempts. Players have six chances to correctly guess the word.

Scoring:

Players earn points for each correct letter guessed. The maximum score for a single game is 100 points, achieved by guessing all five letters correctly on the first attempt.

Interface:

The game's interface is simple and user-friendly. Players enter their guess into a text box and submit it. The game then provides feedback on the guess, highlighting correct letters in green, incorrect letters in yellow, and absent letters in gray.

Features:

* Daily Word: Each day, a new word is selected as the daily word. Players can share their results and compare their scores with others who have played the same word.

* Unlimited Play: Players can play as many games as they want, without any restrictions on the number of attempts or time spent playing.

* Hints: If players are struggling to guess the word, they can use hints to reveal one or more letters. However, using hints deducts points from the player's score.

* Statistics: The game tracks players' statistics, including their average score, win percentage, and longest streak.

Strategy:

* Start with Common Letters: Begin by guessing words that contain common letters in the French language, such as A, E, I, O, U, R, S, and T.

* Eliminate Letters: Use the feedback from each guess to eliminate letters that are not present in the word.

* Look for Patterns: Pay attention to the pattern of correct and incorrect letters to narrow down the possible words.

* Consider Letter Frequency: Some letters are more common in French words than others. Use this knowledge to prioritize your guesses.

* Use Hints Sparingly: Hints can be helpful, but they also deduct points. Use them only when necessary to avoid losing too many points.
