Gameplay:

The game is played on a board representing a city, divided into zones with different types of properties. Each player starts with a hand of claim cards, representing various insurance policies.

Investigation Phase:

During the investigation phase, players roll dice to determine the location of a claim event. They then investigate the claim by drawing cards from the appropriate zone. These cards provide information about the damage, the policyholder, and potential witnesses.

Negotiation Phase:

Once the investigation is complete, players enter the negotiation phase. They present their findings to the policyholder and attempt to settle the claim for an amount that meets both their financial interests. Players can offer cash settlements, repairs, or other forms of compensation.

Settlement Phase:

If a settlement is reached, the policyholder receives the agreed-upon compensation. The insurance adjuster responsible for settling the claim earns a profit based on the difference between the settlement amount and the estimated cost of the claim.

Insurance Deck:

Throughout the game, players draw cards from an insurance deck. These cards provide special abilities or bonuses, such as reducing settlement costs, increasing negotiation skill, or accessing additional information.

Claims Management:

As the game progresses, players manage their claims portfolio, balancing the need to settle claims quickly with the desire to maximize profits. They can choose to hold onto claims for potential higher settlements or settle them immediately to secure a guaranteed profit.

Winning:

The game ends when all claims have been settled. The player with the highest total profit is declared the winner.
