Overview

Monte Carlo Doualiya (MCD) is a casino game played with six standard decks of 52 cards. It is a variation of Blackjack, but with some unique rules that make it more challenging and exciting.

Objective

The objective of MCD is to get a hand value as close as possible to 21 without going over (busting). The player competes against the dealer, and the player with the highest hand value wins.

Gameplay

1. Betting: Players place their bets before any cards are dealt.

2. Dealing: The dealer deals two cards face up to each player and two cards to themselves, one face up and one face down.

3. Player's Turn: Players can choose to hit (take another card), stand (keep their current hand), double down (double their bet and receive one more card), or split (if they have two cards of the same value, they can split them into two separate hands and play them independently).

4. Dealer's Turn: After all players have completed their turns, the dealer reveals their face-down card. The dealer must hit on 16 or less and stand on 17 or more.

5. Payouts: If the player has a higher hand value than the dealer without busting, they win and receive a payout of 1:1. If the dealer busts, all players who did not bust win. If the player and dealer have the same hand value, it is a push and the player's bet is returned. If the player busts, they lose their bet.

Unique Rules

* Surrender: Players can surrender their hand after the dealer checks for Blackjack. They will lose half of their bet.

* Insurance: If the dealer's face-up card is an Ace, players can take insurance. If the dealer does have Blackjack, the player will receive a 2:1 payout on their insurance bet.

* Six-Card Charlie: If a player has six cards in their hand without busting, they automatically win, regardless of the dealer's hand.

* Double Down after Split: After splitting a hand, players can double down on either or both of the new hands.

Strategy

MCD requires a combination of skill and luck to win. There are several basic strategies that players can follow to improve their odds:

* Hit on 16 or less, stand on 17 or more.

* Double down on 11 against a dealer's 2-10.

* Split Aces and 8s.

* Take insurance only if you have a strong hand (15 or more).

* Surrender if the dealer has an Ace up and you have a weak hand (15 or less).
