Print Text Messages

Backup, restore & print text message conversations as a PDF from your phone.

Print Text Messages allows you quickly and easily manage the text messages on your device. Simply select from the easy to use main menu to print or backup your text messages.

Backup Text Messages - takes a copy of all the messages on your device and converts them to an XML backup file. You can then email or store this file in the cloud for safe keeping.

Restore Text Messages - copies the messages from a backup file and inserts them back on to your phone. You can also transfer text messages on to a new phone.

Print Text Messages - select a single conversation from your messages and print the messages to a PDF file for emailing or printing. You can also print the SMS messages directly from your phone to a cloud/wifi printer.

Print Date Range - print text messages from a single conversation using a date range, allowing you to print only the messages you require.

When the messages are printed date stamps and senders numbers are included so the PDF print of the messages can be used in given to lawyers in legal and law enforcement cases.

Backup and restore functionality is free, the text message printing option requires a one-time in-app upgrade.

Currently this app does not support all RCS/Advanced Messaging formats.

Objective:

The objective of Print Text Messages is to print text messages from a connected device onto a printer.

Gameplay:

1. Connect the device: Connect the device (e.g., smartphone, tablet) to the printer via Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, or a USB cable.

2. Select the messages: Choose the text messages you want to print from the device's messaging app.

3. Print the messages: Once the messages are selected, tap the "Print" button to send them to the printer.

Controls:

- Select messages: Tap on the messages you want to print.

- Print: Tap the "Print" button to send the messages to the printer.

Settings:

- Printer selection: Choose the printer you want to print to.

- Print quality: Adjust the print quality (e.g., high, medium, low).

- Page orientation: Select the page orientation (e.g., portrait, landscape).

Tips:

- Make sure the printer is turned on and has paper loaded.

- Ensure that the device and printer are connected properly.

- Preview the messages before printing to check for any errors.

- If the messages are not printing correctly, check the printer settings and adjust as necessary.
