Skin Check WA lets patients book medical appointments with their favourite general practice and allied health providers. The service is free to users and allows patients to book a doctor's appointment in 3 easy steps:
1. Choose a reason for your visit
2. Select a practitioner
3. Choose an appointment time
By using the Skin Check WA mobile app, you'll also have access to the following features:
- See availability of doctors in real time
- Fast access to your favourite medical providers and practitioners
- Customised doctor and appointment type set-up to ensure you book with the right doctor based on your condition
- Quick bookings on behalf of family members and dependants

Skin Check WASkin Check WA is a free, state-wide service that provides free skin cancer checks to Western Australians. The service is available to anyone over the age of 18 who is concerned about their skin.
Skin cancer is the most common cancer in Australia, and Western Australia has one of the highest rates of skin cancer in the world. Skin cancer can be serious, but it is also one of the most preventable cancers.
Skin Check WA aims to reduce the incidence of skin cancer in Western Australia by providing free skin cancer checks to people who are at risk of developing skin cancer. The service is available at a number of locations across the state, including metropolitan and regional areas.

How does Skin Check WA work?
When you attend a Skin Check WA clinic, you will be seen by a trained nurse or doctor. The nurse or doctor will ask you about your skin history and examine your skin for any suspicious lesions.
If the nurse or doctor finds any suspicious lesions, they will refer you to a specialist for further investigation.
