TWISPER is a social deduction game that combines the thrill of deception with the challenge of mind-reading. Players take on the roles of either Whisperers or Listeners, with each group having its unique objectives.

Gameplay:

The game is played in rounds, and each round begins with a Whisperer receiving a secret word or phrase. The Whisperer then attempts to convey this secret to their fellow Whisperers using only one-word clues. The Listeners, on the other hand, try to intercept these clues and guess the secret word.

To make matters more challenging, there are also Undercover Listeners hidden among the Whisperers. These players have no knowledge of the secret word and must deceive the other Whisperers by providing misleading clues.

Mechanics:

The game progresses through a series of phases:

* Clue Phase: Whisperers give one-word clues to their fellow Whisperers.

* Discussion Phase: All players discuss the clues and try to determine the secret word.

* Voting Phase: Players vote on who they believe is an Undercover Listener.

* Reveal Phase: The Whisperers reveal their secret word, and the Undercover Listeners are unmasked.

Winning Conditions:

* Whisperers: Win if they can guess the secret word before the Undercover Listeners can identify them all.

* Listeners: Win if they can identify all the Undercover Listeners or prevent the Whisperers from guessing the secret word.

* Mind-reading: Players must carefully analyze clues and observe player behavior to deduce the secret word or identify the Undercover Listeners.

* Deception: Undercover Listeners must deceive the Whisperers by providing misleading clues and blending in seamlessly.

* Communication: Whisperers must effectively convey their secret while avoiding suspicion from the Listeners.

* Teamwork: Whisperers must collaborate to guess the secret word, while Listeners must work together to identify the Undercover Listeners.

* Bluffing: Undercover Listeners can bluff and mislead the Whisperers by giving false or ambiguous clues.
