Weer & Zo is a cooperative game for 2-5 players where players work together to create a weather forecast. Each player has a hand of cards, and on their turn, they can play a card to the forecast or discard it. The forecast is a row of cards that shows the weather for the next 5 days.

The goal of the game is to create a forecast that matches the target forecast. The target forecast is a secret card that is revealed at the end of the game. If the players' forecast matches the target forecast, they win the game. If the players' forecast does not match the target forecast, they lose the game.

There are different types of cards in Weer & Zo. There are weather cards, which show the weather for a specific day. There are also action cards, which can be used to change the weather or the forecast.

Players can play weather cards to the forecast to change the weather for a specific day. They can also play action cards to change the forecast. For example, they can use the "Swap" action card to swap the weather for two days in the forecast.

Players can also discard cards from their hand. If a player discards a card, they draw a new card from the deck.

The game ends when the players have played all of the cards in their hands. If the players' forecast matches the target forecast, they win the game. If the players' forecast does not match the target forecast, they lose the game.
