WiFi Key Recovery (needs root)

Description
Content
** You need root to use this application.
** You need to have connected to the network in the past.
** This app cannot "hack" into an unknown/new network.
I cannot help you with getting root. Have a look at http://forum.xda-developers.com for that.
Have you ever forgotten the password of your home WiFi network, or the one you setup for your parents a few months back?
This application will help you recover the password of a wireless network you have connected to with your device in the past.
You can then either tap on an entry to copy it, or export the list to SD, or share it using the standard Android sharing facilities.
It does not crack the network, or use the MAC/SSID address to deduce the password. It simply reads it from the device itself.
Essentially it parses the wpa_supplicant file.
For more information on how the keys are recovered read here: http://alt236.blogspot.com/2011/04/android-wifi-password-locations.html

Overview
WiFi Key Recovery is an Android application that allows users to retrieve and manage saved Wi-Fi passwords on their rooted devices. It requires root access to access the system files where Wi-Fi passwords are stored.
Features
* Retrieve Saved Wi-Fi Passwords: View all Wi-Fi networks you have connected to and their corresponding passwords.
* Export Passwords: Save Wi-Fi passwords as a text file or share them via email or other apps.
* Copy Passwords to Clipboard: Easily copy passwords to your clipboard for quick sharing.
* Search Passwords: Find specific Wi-Fi networks by name or password using the search bar.
* Add and Edit Networks: Manually add new Wi-Fi networks or edit existing ones, including their SSIDs and passwords.
Requirements
* Rooted Android Device: WiFi Key Recovery requires root access to retrieve Wi-Fi passwords.
* Android Version: Compatible with Android 4.0 and above.
Usage
1. Install the App: Download and install WiFi Key Recovery from the Google Play Store.
2. Grant Root Access: When prompted, grant root access to the app.
3. Retrieve Passwords: Tap on the "Retrieve Passwords" button to view all saved Wi-Fi networks and their passwords.
4. Export or Share Passwords: Use the export or share buttons to save or share passwords.
Additional Notes
* Security Considerations: Root access can compromise the security of your device. Only grant root access to trusted apps.
* App Compatibility: Some devices may not be compatible with WiFi Key Recovery due to differences in Android versions or system configurations.
* Password Encryption: Wi-Fi passwords are encrypted on Android devices. WiFi Key Recovery decrypts them using the root access privileges.
* Limited Functionality on Non-Rooted Devices: The app will not function properly on non-rooted devices as it requires root access to retrieve passwords.
