MONOPOLY Poker blends the classic board game MONOPOLY with the strategic card game of Texas Hold'em poker. Players compete not only to win poker hands but also to acquire MONOPOLY properties, build houses and hotels, and bankrupt their opponents through rent collection. The game typically features familiar MONOPOLY elements like property cards, Chance and Community Chest cards (often with poker-related twists), and even the iconic tokens.

The poker element involves traditional Texas Hold'em gameplay: players receive hole cards, community cards are dealt, and betting rounds occur. Winning poker hands earn players money or chips, which are then used to purchase properties on the MONOPOLY board. Owning properties allows players to charge rent to opponents who land on them. Rent can be increased by building houses and hotels on properties, mirroring the classic MONOPOLY game.
