Betty is a huge advocate of the importance of moving our bodies using different styles of training including: weight training, bodyweight exercises, HIIT, and much more! It also encourages others to eat more single-ingredient foods and that's exactly how most of the recipes in our app are created.

Unlimited by Betty includes access to ALL training programs available.

Each program has a different focus.

When you join a program, you are told which workout to do each day, warm-ups, and finishers! You will have video demonstrations with 2 camera angles so that you can observe the correct form of exercise. Each exercise will also include instructions on how to perform the exercise, additional form tips, and information on which muscle group you are working. You can change any exercise for an alternative one, as well as you can save the history of the repetitions and the weight that you are using.

Nutrition:

Personalized meal plans based on your goals and personal data, created by our sports nutritionist. They include standard, vegetarian and vegan options.

You'll also have access to our recipe library with hundreds of easy-to-follow recipes!

Progress:

In this section you can upload your progress images, your measurements and much more.
