It has been estimated that the distance of 258 km equals to 3,40,000 steps. Starting on the 20th of June and ending on Ashadi Ekadashi day on the 10th of July, participants will be expected to walk the steps in 17 days ( with 4 rest days ) so as to closely follow the path and distance taken by the Warkaris in their on-ground pilgrimage.
