As a subscriber, you will have full access to the MeditationWise library. To help you find your way, we offer a personalized experience, tailored to your interests, level, and need. Explore all of the meditations that are rooted in Buddhism, or everything that is beginner-friendly. Or zero in on a particular need such as stress, depression, forgiveness, spiritual guidance, mental clarity, self-confidence, and much more.
Once you’ve selected a tradition, level, and need, your meditation recommendations appear at the bottom of the page. Click on each to read detailed information on the technique, including its history, origins, and benefits.
Step-by-step instructions are provided, and there are three audio versions to choose from—full guided for when you’re just starting out, steps-only when you want to focus more on your own experience, and timer-only when you are ready to go it alone.
You can also continue to personalize your experience by choosing the length of your meditation. This will give you the opportunity to slowly increase the length of each session. Scientists and spiritual leaders agree that it’s only through daily practice that we receive the full benefits of meditation.
